3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Jack Flaherty (shoulder) has been cleared to throw up to 90 feet and has been working out at Busch Stadium three weeks after receiving a platelet-rich plasma injection in his right shoulder. "It's getting better day by day," Flaherty said Monday morning. "It's really just progressing at this point. We're just building up." The right-hander doesn't seem too concerned. He will continue to rehab in St. Louis and will travel with the team on their upcoming 11-game road trip to Milwaukee, Miami and Cincinnati. How Flaherty progresses over the next couple of weeks will dictate his rehab assignment.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
