3 years agoChicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The switch-hitting outfielder will get a routine rest day, but should be back in the lineup soon. Patrick Wisdom will slide over to left field and bat fifth versus lefty Jose Quintana. This appears to be a fairly favorable spot for Wisdom, but he has struggled with the bat early in the season. Outfielder Clint Frazier (appendicitis) has been placed on the 10-day injured list. That being said, Happ and possibly Wisdom could see more starts in left field over the next week.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
