3 years agoPittsburgh Pirates third baseman Ke'Bryan Hayes (rest) won't be in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Chicago Cubs. It's unclear whether this is a routine rest day or from Hayes crashing into the wall on Friday. Regardless, Michael Chavis will cover third base and bat third versus righty Kyle Hendricks on Saturday. Hopefully, the organization will give an update on Hayes later in the day.
