X-Rays Come Back Negative For Jordan Hicks
3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals pitcher Jordan Hicks (wrist) underwent X-rays on his bruised right wrist, which were negative. He was removed from Tuesday's start against the Mets with a right wrist contusion after being hit by a comebacker. The 26-year-old appears to have avoided a significant injury and is considered day-to-day. Hicks is scheduled to start Sunday against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor the situation, as the right-hander can be used as a streamer, if healthy, in a plus matchup against the Diamondbacks.
