3 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Nelson Cruz (back) is being held out of the starting lineup against the Colorado Rockies on Wednesday. The veteran slugger had to exit early on Tuesday due to a back issue. The Nationals are going to be cautious and hold Cruz out of this contest. Fantasy managers should consider Cruz day-to-day, so he should avoid a trip to the injured list.
