3 years agoHouston Rockets guard John Wall is expected to exercise his $47.4 million player option for next season. He'll be the second-highest paid player in the league behind Stephen Curry. The Rockets are likely to try and trade Wall, but finding a trade partner with his current salary is unlikely. That being said, Wall would join the pool of unrestricted free agents, assuming the Rockets decide to buy out his deal. Both the Miami Heat and Los Angeles Clippers are mentioned as possible suitors for Wall. He put together solid numbers during the 2020 campaign, so hopefully Wall will get another chance.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
