3 years agoThe Orlando Magic will pick first during the 2022 NBA Draft, as a result of the draft lottery on Tuesday. This is the fourth time that the Magic have held the first overall pick. The other three picks were Shaquille O'Neal, Chris Webber (whose draft rights were traded to the Warriors in exchange for Penny Hardaway), and Dwight Howard. As of right now, Jabari Smith, Chet Holmgren. and Paolo Banchero are viewed as the top prospects heading into draft day. The Magic already have a solid core of young players. Sadly, injuries have slowed down their momentum. Hopefully, Orlando can get things moving in the right direction again with this first overall pick.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
