Blake Snell Gets Roughed Up In Season Debut
3 years agoSan Diego Padres starting pitcher Blake Snell made his season debut against the Philadelphia Phillies on Wednesday. Despite an ugly stat line, Snell had fairly good stuff during this contest. Although, he walked three batters, in which two of them scored. Snell also struck out five over his 3 2/3 innings of work. He finished the day with three earned runs and three hits allowed, including a home run to Rhys Hoskins. This probably wasn't the result fantasy managers were looking for out of Snell, but hopefully he'll pitch better against the Milwaukee Brewers during his next start.
