2 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Caleb Kilian has been optioned to Triple-A Iowa on Sunday. The 25-year-old was impressive during his MLB debut on Saturday. He went five innings, allowing three runs, and struck out six batters in the no-decision. Kilian has posted solid numbers in the minors this season, so he appears ready for the next level. Despite that, the Cubs will have Kilian get some additional work in the minors. Fantasy managers should expect Kilian back on the big league roster at some point this season.
