2 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Johnny Cueto was asked to pitch in relief during Sunday's game against the Texas Rangers. Starting pitcher Michael Kopech (knee) was unable to get through the first inning due to injury. That being said, Cueto was asked to pitch five innings out of the bullpen. This was his second relief appearance of his career. Cueto allowed three runs and gave up six hits, but soaked up five innings. The fact Cueto was forced to pitch in this game means that his next start is going to be pushed back.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
