2 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Max Scherzer (oblique) is working his way back after suffering a high-grade oblique strain in mid-May. The 37-year-old is scheduled to throw a simulated game later this week. He has been lights out this season and might be back soon. There is a chance Scherzer is able to return by the end of June. However, it's more likely that Scherzer returns in early July. Regardless, fantasy managers should have Scherzer back in their lineups before the All-Star break.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
