2 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Marcus Stroman (shoulder) will resume his throwing program on Friday. He was shut down for a week after landing on the injured list due to shoulder inflammation. The good news is, Stroman is ready to pick up a baseball again. It's obviously going to take some time for Stroman to get back to MLB ready. He'll likely need at least one minor league start before returning to the Cubs roster.
