2 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfield prospect Colton Cowser has been red-hot since he was promoted to Double-A Bowie in late June. Over 15 games with Bowie, Cowser is slashing .327/.484/.694 with five home runs and 10 RBI in 49 at-bats, including a two-homer performance on Thursday night. Cowser is showing exactly why the Orioles selected him fifth overall in the 2021 MLB draft. After an excellent 2021 campaign over two levels, he was promoted to Bowie from High-A Aberdeen after 62 games in 2022. He is the third overall prospect in the Orioles organization and 41st-ranked prospect in all of MLB, per MLB Pipeline. Cowser should be rostered in all dynasty formats.
