Romeo Doubs Has Up-And-Down Preseason Performance
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers rookie wide receiver Romeo Doubs had three catches for 24 yards and a touchdown in the preseason game against the New Orleans Saints on Friday night, but he also struggled with drops. One of his two drops was on a deep ball on the opening drive in which he appeared to get turned out or misplayed. The fourth-rounder also had two drops and a touchdown in last week's preseason opener against the San Francisco 49ers, so quarterback Aaron Rodgers will likely have to take the good with the bad in 2022. At this point, Doubs' is probably the fourth wideout behind Allen Lazard, Randall Cobb and Sammy Watkins heading into the 2022 season. The 22-year-old will be a popular pick in dynasty/keeper leagues and is also worth a late-round flier in deeper single-year leagues.
