Mike Evans Returns To Practice Monday
2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) returned to training camp practice on Monday. He did some jogging and his hamstring appeared to be holding up. Evans had missed two weeks of practice with a hamstring injury that wasn't believed to be serious. But with quarterback Tom Brady also away from the team due to personal reasons, the Bucs elected to play it safe with Evans and hold him out as a precaution. The 29-year-old pass-catcher has had issues with his hamstrings in the past, but he's only missed seven games in eight NFL seasons, so fantasy managers should still be comfortable taking him as a top-10 fantasy receiver. Evans has produced 1,000 yards receiving in all eight of his NFL seasons, and he's scored 27 regular season touchdowns with Brady the last two years.
