Najee Harris Should Be Fine For Week 1
2 years agoPittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris (foot) should be fine for the Week 1 regular season opener after dealing with a Lisfranc sprain in his foot early in the preseason. Harris played in the team's preseason finale on Sunday against the Detroit Lions and had four carries for 10 yards while catching all three of his targets for an additional 11 yards, so he looks to be just fine. While the 24-year-old appears to be past the injury, it's certainly worth watching after he led the league in touches in his rookie season in 2021. The Steelers are expected to lighten his load in Year 2 slightly, but the offense in Pittsburgh should continue to run through him, making him a no-doubt RB1 in fantasy football drafts.
