2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is expected to play his final season of football in 2022, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. Brady retired and then unretired this past offseason, and spending one more year in the NFL would allow him to achieve his goal of playing until he is 45 years old. "He has never said it publicly, but multiple parties involved acknowledge that after last year's retirement then unretirement, the end is coming," writes Rapoport. "That is the understanding, that this is the final year." Brady re-joined the Buccaneers this offseason, but he did enjoy an 11-day hiatus with no football distractions in the Bahamas during the middle of training camp. Now, though, the future Hall of Famer is focused on the 2022 season. He enters the year as a strong QB1 option in an exciting offense.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller
