If you thought the Pittsburgh Steelers would ease wide receiver Martavis Bryant back into action after serving his four-game suspension, think again! Bryant will be thrown right into the Steelers' starting lineup on Monday Night Football against the San Diego Chargers.
"Martavis is motivated, he looks strong, he’s very impressive right now," Michael Vick said, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "He’s a great kid, wants to win and believes in himself."
Bryant can be viewed as a risky fantasy football starter for week 5, but I do like his chances at making at least one or two big plays against the Chargers. Vick has always loved throwing the deep ball and he has always had a knack for making a big play in the passing game; that's exactly Bryant's strong suit as a wide receiver. Antonio Brown will see most of the targets in the Steelers passing game, but Bryant will be the team's go-to guy when throwing it deep.
