T.Y. Hilton & Austin Seferian-Jenkins Unlikely to Play, Sammy Watkins & DeSean Jackson Both Active

According to Ian Rapaport, Colts wide receiver TY Hilton is a long shot to play today against the Denver Broncos. Hilton did not practice all week, but he will test his sprained foot pregame before officially being ruled out. With Hilton out or limited, Andrew Luck is a sit for me in seasonal leagues against a Broncos defense that has been stout against opposing quarterbacks, allowing the fewest fantasy points so far this season. Donte Moncrief will see an uptick in targets without Hilton or rookie Phillip Dorsett in the lineup, but he is still difficult to start in a tough matchup.

Also according to Ian Rapaport, Sammy Watkins is expected to play today with against the Miami Dolphins. The Bills will also get back quarterback Tyrod Taylor (knee) and rookie running back Karlos Williams (concussion) after both missed a few weeks. Tyrod Taylor is the main start here for fantasy. Williams and Watkins are both startable if you have bye week or injury issues.

Adam Schefter has reported that Washington Redskins wide receiver Desean Jackson (hamstring) will return to the lineup for the first time since Week 1. Jackon has a plus matchup facing a New England Patriots defense that has allowed the third-most fantasy points to wide receivers so far this season. The return of Jackson is good news for quarterback Kirk Cousins as he is expected to see plenty of passing volume with Washington being the biggest underdog of the weekend at +14. With Jackson in, it is a slight bump down for Pierre Garcon and Jordan Reed. Washington also expects to get Chris Thompson (back) back from injury, which results in a slight bump down for Matt Jones and Alfred Morris.

Schefter has also said that Buccaneers tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins is unlikely to play today. It was thought throughout the week that Seferian-Jenkins may be able to return from his lingering shoulder injury, but that is no longer the case. Cameron Brate is the play for the Buccaneers at tight end and is a viable option for this week against a Giants defense that has allowed the most fantasy points to tight ends so far this season.
