BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
OWNED IN: 31% of Yahoo! Leagues
ANALYSIS: With Eric Bledsoe out for the season, Devin Booker has gotten more playing time for the Suns and the Kentucky product is coming along nicely. On Wednesday the 19 year old posted his first career double-double, scoring 17 points and nabbing 10 rebounds in 32 minutes of action. Even though he came off the bench against the Hornets, he still played more minutes than starter Ronnie Price. He'd started the previous five games, but clearly Booker can still be effective off the bench.
The Suns should continue to give Booker plenty of minutes which makes him rosterable in most leagues. He will see some ups and downs as he adjusts to the NBA level, but there is upside to be had here. For one, he's shown he can score 20 points when his shot is going down. The fact that he can hit shots from downtown is also a big bonus for owners in need of three-pointers. The impressive part is that Booker can also fill up the stat sheet and contribute consistently in steals, while throwing in rebounds and assists. Needless to say, he's definitely worth adding.
