BALLER MOVE: Short Term Add In Deeper Leagues
OWNED IN: 9% of Yahoo! Leagues
ANALYSIS: Normally I wouldn't advocate for such a short term add, but it's crunch time. Tim Frazier has been playing really well for the decimated Pelicans in Norris Cole's absence. He's played 20+ minutes in all four games so far, and has scored double digit points in each. Nothing spectacular on the scoring end, particularly since his last game featured a 30% shooting performance. He was hitting from 60% before that though and the best part is that he can contribute across the board.
His FT% is strong, as it should be for a guard. He's averaging almost four rebounds per game and almost five assists over the last four games. Against the Clippers he also delivered four steals so he can play a little defense too. Adding Frazier obviously means you'll have to constantly monitor Norris Cole's status, but as long as he's out Frazier can be a strong asset for your championship weeks.
