ANALYSIS: J.J. Nelson followed up his eight-catch, 79-yard and two-touchdown day against the Panthers in Week 8 with an absolutely horrid Week 10 showing against the lowly 49ers defense. He only caught two of his six targets for 29 yards, and also lost a fumble and tipped a ball up that ended up getting intercepted. Nelson may have lost his spot as Arizona’s newly-appointed No. 2 receiver with the poor showing, especially when you consider that Michael Floyd caught five balls for 101 yards. Week 11 against Minnesota isn’t a good spot for Nelson or Floyd anyhow, but a Week 12 shootout against Atlanta could make Nelson a nice play if he keeps himself on the radar.
