DraftKings DFS Guards
John Wall – PG, vs CHI ($9,500)
Wall is questionable for the game tonight, but he was able to return in the Wizards last game after injuring his foot. His price tag is on the decline, but he is averaging 28.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, 10.2 assists, and 1.7 steals per game over the last 10 days. He has also scored at least 50 fantasy points in seven of his last 10 games, including a pair of games with at least 60 fantasy points. He has looked outstanding against the Bulls in two matchups this season, and he’s an elite option in all leagues if he’s announced the starter.
Ricky Rubio – PG, at MIA ($7,700)
Rubio isn’t an automatic play anymore because of his rising price tag, but he’s still too cheap tonight. He’s averaging 19.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, 11.8 assists, and 1.4 steals over the last 10 days. He has scored at least 35 fantasy points in each of his last 10 games, but he has also scored as high as 62.25 fantasy points in a game over that span. He gets a tough matchup against the Heat, but he played well against them earlier this season, and Rubio is a great option in all leagues tonight.
Denzel Valentine – SG/SF, at WAS ($4,100)
The Bulls recently ruled Dwyane Wade out for the season, which means they will be taking a long look at Valentine for the rest of the season. He has displayed decent versatility when given the minutes this season, and he is coming off a solid 27.75 fantasy point effort against the Grizzlies. He played 30.1 minutes against the Wizards earlier this season, and he dominated them with 30.5 fantasy points. He’s still cheap enough to be used in all leagues tonight.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
Jimmy Butler – SG/SF, at WAS ($8,800)
Butler is another player that is going to benefit from the injury to Dwyane Wade, as he has seen his usage rating skyrocket with Wade out. He has been struggling a bit recently, though, as he’s averaging 17.7 points, 6.3 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.0 block, and 1.2 steals per game over the last 10 days. He gets a great matchup against the Wizards, though, and he’s averaging 53.4 fantasy points per game against them this season. He isn’t consistent enough to be used in cash games, but he’s a high upside tournament option tonight.
Trevor Booker – PF/C, vs BOS ($5,000)
Booker was given the game off last night, which means he will be rested and ready to play tonight. He isn’t playing big minutes for Brooklyn, but he is averaging slightly over one fantasy point per minute on the season. He gets a matchup against the Celtics, who he has dominated in two matchups this season. He’s averaging an impressive 37.9 fantasy points in only 28.5 minutes per game against Boston. Brook is cheap enough to be used in all leagues tonight.
Nikola Mirotic – PF, at WAS ($4,300)
Mirotic has seen his role increase for the Bulls recently, and he has responded with 25 or more fantasy points in three of his last four games, including a huge 41.25 fantasy point performance against the Hornets. He also gets a great matchup against the Wizards tonight, and Mirotic has dominated them in limited minutes this season. He still comes with an extremely low price tag, and Mirotic makes a great salary relief option in all leagues on this slate.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Nikola Vucevic – C, at PHO ($7,400)
Vucevic has been one of the best centers in the NBA recently, as he has been scoring 40 or more fantasy points per game on nearly a nightly basis. He gets a great matchup against a fast paced Suns team tonight, and Vucevic scored 45.8 fantasy points in only 29.2 minutes against Phoenix in their only matchup this season. He still comes with a reasonable price tag, and Vucevic is a great option in all leagues tonight.
Ivica Zubac – C, vs MIL ($5,400)
Zubac was recently entered into the Lakers starting lineup, as they are trying to get a better look at him for the remainder of the season. He has been playing well over the last 10 days, as well, averaging 12.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks in only 19.1 minutes per game. He has scored 43.25 and 6.0 fantasy points in his last two starts, but the second one was in limited minutes because of foul troubles. If he is able to control his fouls and play 30 minutes, he should easily hit value. With that being said, he’s strictly a GPP option, as young players tend to struggle with fouls on a nightly basis.
