We're back to a huge Friday night slate, which has been the normal this season. There are plenty of salary relief options at every position, which means lineup construction can work multiple ways on this slate.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 7/21/17. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider
Chris Sale - P, at LAA (DK - $13,400, FD - $11,800)
Sale continues to enjoy an elite season, as he has an 11-4 record, 2.59 ERA, and 12.7 K/9 through 19 starts. He has been arguably the best fantasy option at pitcher this season, and he gets a good matchup against the Angels tonight. Sale is currently a -200 favorite in a game set at only 7 runs. The Angels have a team total of 2.9 runs, and Sale can safely be used in all leagues.
Aaron Nola - P, vs MIL (DK - $8,400, FD - $9,100)
Nola has struggled at times this season, but he has been heating up over his last five starts. Over that span, he has a 3-1 record, 1.78 ERA, and 10.4 K/9. He has not allowed more than two runs in any of those five games, while recording at least seven strikeouts in each of them. He's a -140 favorite in a game set at 8.5 runs, and Nola is cheap enough to be used in all leagues tonight.
DFS Infielders to Consider
Evan Gattis - C, at BAL (DK - $4,200, FD - $2,800)
Gattis has been one of the hottest hitting catchers in the MLB over his last 10 games, and his price tag on FanDuel is entire too cheap. Over that span, he's hitting over .350 with tremendous power, as he has five home runs and five doubles in those games. He gets a great matchup against Ubaldo Jimenez in a hitter friendly stadium, and Gattis can be used in all leagues.
Joey Votto - 1B, vs MIA (DK - 5,000, FD - $3,900)
Votto has been an elite hitter this season, especially at home. He is hitting nearly .350 with a slugging percentage over .550 in Cincinnati this season. He has also been a significantly better hitter against right-handed pitching, and he gets a good matchup against Jose Urena. Votto isn't going to come cheap, but he can be considered in all leagues.
Josh Harrison - 2B, at COL (DK - 3,700, FD - $3,700)
Harrison has been struggling a bit recently, but he has been able to display tremendous upside over his last 10 games. He's a player that comes with a great combination of speed and power, and that should be on full display in Colorado. He gets a good matchup against Jeff Hoffman, and he's an elite part of a Pittsburgh stack on this slate.
T.J. Rivera - 3B, vs OAK (DK - $3,700, FD - $2,400)
Rivera has been cooling down a bit recently, but he's still hitting around .300 over his last 10 games. He comes with decent power, but has been more of a consistent option this season than a high upside player. He gets a good matchup against Paul Blackburn, and Rivera has hit right-handed pitching well. He's a solid option for his price tag tonight.
Corey Seager - SS, vs ATL (DK - $4,700, FD - $3,900)
Seager is one of the best hitting shortstops in the MLB, and that has been evident the entire season. He has an OPS of nearly .950 in Los Angeles this season, and he gets a good matchup against Aaron Blair tonight. Seager is a consistent player that also possesses tremendous upside, and he can be used in all leagues.
DFS Outfielders to Consider
George Springer - OF, at BAL (DK - $5,100, FD - $4,200)
Springer has been on fire for quite some time now, and he's hitting over .350 with a solid combination of speed and power over his last 10 games. He also gets an elite matchup against Ubaldo Jimenez in a hitter friendly stadium, and Springer has an OPS over .900 on the road this season. He's an elite option in all leagues.
Gregory Polanco - OF, at COL (DK - $3,600, FD - $3,800)
Polanco is one of the cheaper options for the Pirates tonight, but he has been playing well recently. Over his last 10 games, he's hitting over .400 with decent power. He's a player that come with good speed, as well. He gets a great matchup against Jeff Hoffman, and Polanco has been a better hitter against right-handed pitching this season. He can be used in all leagues.
