7 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves small forward Andrew Wiggins shot the ball extremely well on Sunday night against the Portland Trail Blazers. Wiggins scored 17 points, shooting 8-for-11 from the floor, in addition to pulling down four rebounds and dishing out two assists. This was a pleasant surprise coming from Wiggins, who had only one game in his previous eight with a field goal percentage above 50 percent. Wiggins is still not crashing the boards at a high volume or accumulating many assists this season for fantasy owners, but he doesn't really need to if he keeps scoring the way he did on Sunday.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
