7 years agoDenver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic had a difficult time shooting Saturday in the contest against the Phoenix Suns. Jokic scored 21 points, going 5-for-12 from the field, but he did go 10-for-11 from the free-throw line. Jokic also had nine boards and eight assists. In the past nine games, the Joker has gone 45 percent from the floor. The next matchup for Jokic is Tuesday against the San Antonio Spurs, who have the second best defensive efficiency rating and also have the second slowest pace in the NBA, so Jokic will be facing a team that will slow down the game and is stingy on defense.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
