7 years agoDenver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic continued his strong play in February on Sunday night versus the Houston Rockets. Jokic scored 21 points, going 7-for-18 from the floor and 7-for-9 from the free throw line. In the contest, Jokic also had 14 boards and eight assists. For the month of February, the Joker is averaging 22.4 points, 11.1 rebounds and 9.1 assists per game. The next matchup for Jokic and the Nuggets is Tuesday against the Los Angeles Clippers. When playing the Clippers, Jokic will mostly be defended by DeAndre Jordan, who has a defensive plus-minus in the top 20 in the entire NBA.
