7 years agoOklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook had an exceptional game Friday night against the Phoenix Suns. Westbrook scored 43 points, going 16-for-25 from the floor and 9-for-11 from the free throw line. Westbrook also had 14 rebounds and eight assists. Before Friday's outing, Westbrook was struggling with his shot, going just 38.6 percent from the field in the month of February. The Thunder and Westbrook's next matchup is Saturday against the division-rival Portland Trail Blazers. The Trail Blazers give up the fifth fewest points per game in the NBA, so Westbrook may not have the same kind of game he did Friday.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
