Buccaneers Re-Sign Tight End Cameron Brate
7 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced on Monday that they re-signed tight end Cameron Brate to a six-year deal. The deal is worth $41 million, with $18 million guaranteed. Brate has been a big red-zone target in the past two seasons and has 14 touchdown receptions over the past two years, which is third in the league in that span. Brate ranked fourth on the team this past season in terms of receptions, and if the Buccaneers and their offense can stay healthy, he should continue to succeed going forward, although he took a back seat to O.J. Howard late last season.
