7 years agoOrlando Magic power forward Aaron Gordon played extremely well against the Phoenix Suns on Saturday night. Gordon scored 29 points going 10-for-18 from the floor with three of those made shots coming from downtown. Also in the outing, Gordon had 11 boards, eight assists, and three steals. This was the first contest since Gordon came back from his injury on March 20th that he scored more than 16 points. The next opponent for Gordon and the Magic is the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday. The Nets will mostly have small forward DeMarre Carroll guard Gordon. Carroll has the 13th best defensive real plus-minus for small forwards so Gordon may struggle on Wednesday.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
