7 years agoVancouver Canucks goaltender Jacob Markstrom is the team's starter in net on Tuesday against the Anaheim Ducks, and he'll be looking for his third consecutive win. Markstrom saved 39 of 41 shots last Thursday against Chicago in a 5-2 win and had a 30-save effort on Sunday against Dallas in a 4-1 result. It's not a good spot to go for another win, as the Ducks have been on a surge for a while, winning 12 of their last 18 and the previous three meetings this season have all ended with Anaheim winning, the last two coming with a shutout.
