Nemanja Bjelica Bounces Back Versus Hawks
7 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves power forward Nemanja Bjelica kicked into gear again on Wednesday night, as he produced 14 points and six rebounds with three assists in 37 minutes against Atlanta. He's done great since Jimmy Butler (knee) went down, but there have been a couple of hiccups recently and he even failed to score in the last outing. The performance on Wednesday was a solid bounce-back effort and he can make Dirk Nowitzki look silly next, as the Wolves travel to Dallas. The Mavs have given up a league-high 12.3 rebounds per 48 minutes to power forwards this season, so Bjelica could be flirting with a double-double Friday night.
