7 years agoCleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Rodney Hood had a very good game shooting Friday night against the New Orleans Pelicans. Hood scored 16 points going 7-for-11 from the field with two of those made shots coming from downtown. Also in the outing Friday, Hood had two boards and two assists. This has been a rough month for Hood though, he is averaging just 10.3 points shooting 40.2 percent from the floor in March. Next up for Hood and the Cavaliers is the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday. The Mavericks will have point guard Yogi Ferrell defend Hood for the most part. Ferrell has the seventh best defensive real plus-minus for point guards in the NBA so Hood may struggle on Sunday.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
