7 years agoHouston Rockets point guard Chris Paul (hip) returned to the court Tuesday night after missing five of the last six games, but he didn't manage to shake off the rust, as he logged a below-average 33 minutes against Washington. Paul finished with eight points and six assists, shooting 3-for-11 from the field, including 2-for-9 from deep. It was an ugly return, but knowing Paul, it will only motivate him to do much better next time out. He'll be expected to stop Damian Lillard on Thursday, but he can do some offensive damage against the Blazers as well, proved by the fact that he has averaged 28.3 points against them in three outings this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
