7 years agoArizona Coyotes defenseman Kevin Connauton scored his 10th goal since February on Tuesday against Calgary, which makes him the highest goal scorer among all blue liners in the league over the last couple of months. His goal was the game-winner as well in a 4-1 result, and Connauton also added an assist to his tally to make it six points over the last five games. The 28-year-old Edmonton native has been really impressive over the last several weeks after scoring just once in his first 42 games of the season. Connauton has also been earning more trust from the coaching staff, as he's eclipsed 20 minutes in consecutive games, and he could now be getting even more minutes because Arizona lost Jakob Chychrun (lower body) to injury against the Flames.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
