7 years agoHouston Rockets point guard Chris Paul always seems to play well against the Portland Trail Blazers and Thursday night wasn't any different. He led all scorers with 27 points on 11-for-19 shooting and hit the game-winning shot in the final second, which put Houston on top 96-94. Paul went 3-for-8 from three-point land and also registered five assists in 31 minutes. He's been dealing with minor injuries in the last several weeks and looked pretty bad in his return from another setback on Tuesday when he had only eight points against the Wizards, but this was much better from CP3. He should be amped up in the next match as well, as the MVP and the Thunder pay a visit on Saturday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
