7 years agoMiami Heat center Hassan Whiteside missed only two of his 10 shots in Monday's loss to OKC, recording 16 points in 21 minutes. He also had eight rebounds and three blocks. Whiteside is a fantasy monster, but sadly he's been stuck in the Eric Spoelstra dog house for most of the season. He's averaged 21.8 minutes this month, scoring 13 points with 9.8 rebounds and 2.3 swats. Just imagine what he could do in 30-plus minutes. Maybe the limited minutes have simply been a part of Spoelstra's master plan of keeping Whiteside fresh for the playoffs, but don't bet on it. However, you can be sure that he'll flirt with a double-double again on Wednesday against Toronto, even if he gets only limited minutes.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
