Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Continues To Rake
7 years agoToronto Blue Jays top prospect, third baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has hit a stellar .361 for Double-A New Hampshire over the team’s first nine games. The son of hall-of-fame outfielder Vladimir Guerrero, his son has shown signs of being a future All-Star himself. Over the first nine games, Vlad Jr has two home runs and 12 RBI in addition to his .361 batting average and 1.057 OPS. Guerrero has shown all the signs of having a bright future and should be able to replace free-agent to be Josh Donaldson if he moves on in free agency this summer. He is a must-own in dynasty leagues and worthy of a stash in redraft as he could make an immediate impact if he gets the call this year, although he is more likely to have a bigger impact in 2019.
