7 years agoChicago White Sox catching prospect Zack Collins extended his hitting streak to seven games on Monday. The former first-round pick was off to a slow start for Double-A Birmingham but is now heating up. He finished Monday 2-for-5 with two runs scored. Collins is still sitting at a .206 batting average. Collins provides plus power behind the dish, but it remains to be seen if the White Sox will end up keeping him behind the plate.
