7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Adam Wainwright (elbow) was previously reported as ready to rejoin the rotation on Saturday, but more recent reports are saying the veteran right-hander's situation is "more fluid." Wainwright will throw a bullpen session on Thursday and no further steps will be determined until after that bullpen session. It is possible that the team will have Wainwright pitch in another rehab start in the minor leagues. We'll know more on Thursday after Wainwright's bullpen.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
