7 years agoSan Francisco Giants second baseman Alen Hanson suffered a tight left hamstring Saturday evening and was replaced by Kelby Tomlinson. Manager Bruce Bochy said that Hanson is day-to-day. Hanson has done a good job filling in for Joe Panik (thumb) and finished Saturday 2-for-3 with a home run, two runs, one rbi and a walk before exiting in the eighth inning. He now has four home runs and 12 RBI to go along with a .298 batting average in 47 at-bats.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
