6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer will face Royals left-hander Danny Duffy when the two teams open up a series in Houston on Friday. Springer has enjoyed slugging at home this season, hitting nine of his 15 home runs at Minute Maid Park while posting a slugging percentage of .539. The Astros leadoff hitter has also had success against left-handed pitching, slashing .322/.390/.609 against southpaws with an OPS of .999. Springer is in the midst of another elite fantasy season and has an excellent matchup to do some damage on offense against Duffy and the Royals.--Joey C - RotoBaller
