7 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Yoenis Cespedes (hip) will start running the bases on Thursday. Cespedes is making progress but has no timetable to return, although he could be back with the Mets later this month if he goes on a rehab assignment next week. It's becoming harder and harder to stash Cespedes with all his injury setbacks, but he can carry a fantasy team when he's right. He could see some time at first base whenever he returns, too, which would give him a little more fantasy value. He hasn't played a game since May 13.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
