7 years agoSan Diego Padres starting pitcher Tyson Ross, closer Brad Hand and reliever Kirby Yates are drawing trade interest from other teams, with the New York Yankees among teams that have checked in. Hand was expected to be the Padres' best trade chip heading into the year, but Ross has also surprised in a bounce-back year for the Friars and could certainly help a contender with pitching depth. If the Yankees were to acquire Hand, he'd lose most of his fantasy value as a closer. Yates could jump into the ninth-inning role in San Diego if Hand is traded and he stays.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
