7 years agoThe Houston Astros are more likely to trade for a relief pitcher than for a catcher at the trade deadline, and they are seeking a "true difference-maker" in the bullpen like Orioles closer Zach Britton, Padres closer Brad Hand or Reds closer Raisel Iglesias. Houston could also move Lance McCullers Jr. or Charlie Morton to the bullpen for the playoffs, so they don't have a huge urgency to add a relief arm. Hector Rondon is the ninth-inning man for the Astros right now with Ken Giles in the minors, but that could easily change if the team trades for another relief pitcher.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
