7 years agoTampa Bay Rays shortstop Willy Adames was recalled on Sunday and will start at shortstop and bat eighth against Yankees' righty Luis Severino on Monday. The Rays did not bring him up to sit on the bench. That means Adeiny Hechavarria is going to see less playing time going forward. Hechavarria could very well be traded later this month, but for now he'll sit on the bench. Adames is not a DFS option on Monday, but could be worth a look in AL-only and deep leagues for owners that need shortstop help.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
