7 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Yoenis Cespedes (heel) is scheduled to meet with a foot specialist and have an MRI on Monday. The Mets are currently waiting on a diagnosis, but Cespedes revealed on Friday he's dealing with calcification in both of his heels. There is a chance that Cespedes has surgery, which would sidelined him for 8-10 months. The Mets season is basically lost, so the team will likely opt to have the surgery.
