6 years agoBaltimore Orioles second baseman Jonathan Schoop continued his hot hitting in Monday's 5-3 loss to the Red Sox, going 2-for-4 with a double and a two-run home run. Schoop lofted an eighth-inning Brandon Workman breaking ball into the left-field seats for his 13th HR of the season. His season numbers aren't great, but Schoop has been on fire in July, hitting .360 with 12 extra-base hits and eight RBI. He is finally starting to show the skills that fantasy owners drafted him for and they should take advantage of his hot streak.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
