6 years agoDespite his name appearing in trade talks, Baltimore Orioles center fielder Adam Jones is likely to remain with the O's through the rest of the 2018 season, per The Athletic's Dan Connolly. Due to his service time, Jones can veto all trades, so it would be his decision as to whether or not he would be allowed to be traded. Per Connolly, Jones will likely stay with the O's to avoid uprooting his family in the middle of the season and to properly end his time with the team he has been with for the past 11 seasons. While remaining with the O's doesn't help Jones' fantasy value, he is still a decent option in all but shallow fantasy leagues.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
