Homer Bailey Delivers Another Strong Start Tuesday
6 years agoCincinnati Reds starting pitcher Homer Bailey looked good again in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Tigers. Bailey pitched eight innings, allowing two runs on three hits (including a solo home run) and a walk with six strikeouts. The veteran has now posted a 2.45 ERA with 14 strikeouts and just three walks through 14 2/3 IP in his two starts since returning from the disabled list. While this should not be enough to convince fantasy players just yet, Bailey will look to continue his solid performance in his next start Monday against a favorable Mets matchup.
